REB Board of Director, Executive Committee and Youth Council Meeting Schedule – CY’2013 and Career Center Workshop Schedules for Employers.

Events:

The REB is on the steering committee of the Hartford-Springfield Economic Partnership.  Their 2013 State of the Region Conference will be held on Friday, June 7, from 7:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel, seconds off of I-91 in Windsor, Conn.  This annual conference, now in its 12th year, is among the most popular and highly anticipated economic events in our region. This year’s speakers include a nationally recognized authority on how to thrive in the New Economy, as well as top public officials from both sides of the border and economic development leaders from the region’s public research institutions of higher education, UConn and UMass.

Our two One-Stop Career Centers, FutureWorks in Springfield and CareerPoint in Holyoke, offer various workshops on a monthly basis that are geared to employers.
